Special International Women’s Day Performances

In honour of International Women’s Day the Florence Nightingale Museum will be running a full day of Meet Mary Seacole performances!

Discover her story, how she helped soldiers during the Crimean War and how she became known as ‘Mother Seacole’. Hear her story in her own words and get the chance to ask her your questions!

Learn about the remarkable life of this doctress and business women, whose legacy continues to this day!

If you get a chance, be sure to visit her beautiful statue located nearby in the garden of St. Thomas’s Hospital!

These performances last approximately 30 minutes and are included in admission cost.

Performances are at 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm
