Jean Anderson

Celebrating 42 years in nursing. Jean began her career in nursing at Ormskirk District General Hospital in 1982 as a student.

After she qualified Jean went on to work in Bermuda, where she met life-long friends. Jean returned to the UK, where she worked in Bath and then finally, settled back in Lancashire where she started a family. Jean found her calling as a Practice Nurse in Adlington, then Coppull as a Senior Practice Nurse, where she has worked for 24 years.

Jean has always tried to give back in various ways and has helped raise money and awareness for many causes close to her heart, by taking part in walks across the world such as, the Great Wall of China and The Camino De Santiago.

Jean is loved by all; she is a selfless and caring person who goes above and beyond every day for her patients. Jean’s support to her colleagues and unwavering commitment to patient care has touched many lives.
