Description

This colourful book is made up of delightful photographs of the finished doll, and clear information as to what is needed for each creation, along with easy-to-follow pattern instructions. While not a book for the total beginner, this is not a learners’ manual, it does include various techniques and tutorials within the final section. All dolls are crocheted using a 2.5mm (US C/2) crochet hook and 8-ply DK weight cotton yarn. Three of the dolls, including Florence Nightingale, also require a 2mm (US B/1) for doll accessories.

  • Marie Curie, Cleopatra, Queen Elizabeth II, Malala Yousafzai, Rosa Parks, Billie Holiday, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Serena Williams, Greta Thunberg, Jane Goodall, Amelia Earhart, Jane Austen, Florence Nightingale, Audrey Hepburn, Emmeline Pankhurst.
