Stained Glass Static Window Decoration

Description

This painted and leaded glass lancet window panel was discovered in store in Guy’s Hospital in 2017. The glass panel may have come from Riddel House- a nurse’s home established for St. Thomas’ Hospital and the Nightingale Training School. This glass portrait of Florence may have been the only surviving treasure from the home. The panel dates from the early 20^th Century and is on display in the museum.

The stained-glass window features Florence Nightingale with a first world war soldier and nurse below. Across the top of the window is the phrase ‘The service of God is the service of man’.

The static cling is easy to apply and re-position if necessary. Remove the larger clear sized backing sheet and smooth onto a clean dry window. Static clings are repositionable and leave no residue.
