Frequently Asked Questions
Is there anywhere I can leave my bags?
We have a small cloakroom with hangers and free to use lockers for small bags available to use during your visit. The cloakroom is unmanned and all items are left at the owners risk.
Due to security restrictions, we regret that we cannot store large bags or suitcases at the Museum during your visit. We recommend using lockers and storage sites in the local area, such as at Waterloo Station for large bags.
Can I share my annual ticket with someone else?
Your ticket cannot be shared or given to someone else to use. To validate your ticket to make it annual we require you to sign the back- you may be asked to show ID on any return visits. If you wanted to gift someone else a visit why not check out our gift tickets available in the shop!
I am a nurse, do I have to pay?
Unfortunately as a small charity we rely on admission costs to stay open and continue to care for our collection. This means we are currently unable to offer a general discount for nurses.
I booked a ticket but am no longer able to visit on that day, can I change my ticket?
Good news, all tickets bought through the museum are annual tickets meaning they are valid for a full year from the date of first visit. This means you can visit at an alternate time within that year without needing to change your tickets.
If you have bought tickets through a third party please check their terms and conditions.
